The following is the latest news around the community:

• Bristol Green's Master Insurance policy is being renewed on 9/1/10, and will begin to include earthquake coverage.
  
  
• Adjustments/repairs are pending for the dumpster enclosure gate hardware.
  
  
• For those interested, an Adobe PDF scan of all of our community's snow removal invoices from the 2009-10 season may be viewed by clicking HERE.

The following is the latest on capital projects:

• Roof replacements are tentatively planned to begin this year.
  
  
• A complete landscaping and drainage system overhaul of the courtyard area is tentatively planned to begin this year.
  
  
• Repair/replacement of all exhaust vents and vent penetrations is on hold pending funding.
  
  
• Numerous other improvement projects are planned for the community, and all will be done based on when funds are available, and their overall priority.
  
  
  Reminder: It is a violation of Bristol Green By-Laws to nail or screw anything into the common elements. This includes all exterior surfaces, such as the columns, railings, decks, and patio fencing, as well as window frames. Unit owners found in violation will be held responsible for repairs to these elements. Our columns, railings, and patio fencing are vinyl, and must not be nailed or screwed into for any reason. This will be strictly enforced going forward!
